Basicly a report is what you did that week, and anything else you need to include. This meens if you're going to be absent, any lapse of times you may not be here, ect. Hell for that matter I don't care if you want to tell my your gf and you broke up and you're mildly depressed. Reports are confidencial to the point of what we need to say. I say that because I like to vent to people and I tended to go to Doc because we were pretty good friends and I trusted him. I'm not saying this is necessary I'm just expanding on what you can do in a report. I'll eventually write a newer formula for it.
