Making this topic to use during platoon missions and such. Figured this will be quite useful now that we're working as a platoon in story. Announce when you're writing posts here, so both Wraith and Ghost will know. Let's try and keep things simple and clean, shall we?

So I'm going to be chipping away at a post through the day, this is by no means a reservation to post, it's more of a notification I'm working on something, if someone is able or can then by all means post ahead of me, I'll keep an eye on it, if so I'll scrap what I've done and start working at a reply to said hypothetical post.

I'd assume because of the discrete nature of what the squads are doing that the NPC squads would have been reassigned no?
It looks like Wraith and Ghost are together and alone on this one, might need a clarification on that.

Let's not spend the next two weeks walking to an objective . . . that's how the last one fizzled out.

When marking the next phase I want to see some visceral action. Not end each fight scene in one post, try and write expanded posts about short periods of time. Stay away from "In minutes they'd overwhelmed the checkpoint" and try and describe what your character is doing during the scene. Keep that up and let other people bounce off your work.

Raziel is waiting at the LAAT and will give a brief on trying to gun down reborn Jedi before we head for the tower. Some other VE Jedi might be joining us, and may or may not reveal that they're Jedi. Raziel hasn't yet (see the side stories).

When we're in the tower I'd like you to prefix each OOC at the start with the floor that you're on.

Floor 48-50: Maintenance levels. Air-con units, storage etc.
Floors 45-47: Restaurants. used to be for luxury dining. May be a few spotters / comms kit up here.
Floors 40-45: Accommodation. Luxury apartments. Now being used accommodation for soldiers. Get through here quickly and you should have captured / killed a significant fraction of the defence.
Floors 30-40: Executive offices, conference suites. This is where most of the heavy weapons nests / sniper outposts are. Heaviest resistance will start here.
Floors 10-30: Large open plan office space. As above, but more dangerous due to open plan nature and being outnumbered.
Floors 3-10: Small meeting rooms. Now in use by Thrawnist officials for planning operations.
Floors 1-3: Lobby and gallery.
Sub basement 1-2: Maintenance levels.
Sub basement 3: Garages. In use as Thrawnist motor pools.

There are multiple stairwells on each level and fire escapes. On the west and each side of the building are banks of elevator shafts.

Remember you didn't take out generators. Whilst they keep the lights off to avoid enemy snipers at night, they are able to light up the place and use the elevators to move troops around. This is going to be a tough mission, but it's up to you all how to handle it.

You might have heard of the Jedi starting again. That's about it.

Also, how would you know what a "Sith" is? They hadn't existed for thousands of years, then Maul and Sidious popped up and wiped out everyone who knew what a Sith was.

Even when the Sith were common knowledge, regular folk still pretty much referred to them as Dark Jedi or evil Jedi. Something like that. Honestly, to the average civilian, they really don't care about classification. Every Force user is pretty much Jedi to them.

What should I (or anyone who posts next) include in their posts, considering the above would happen?

Don't worry Jamasis, I should've mentioned Raziel being there when we entered the building :/
