Ok....
The first thing, Anakin has already mentioned. We see the Royal Guards in Palpatine's Chamber.
Secondly, one of Yoda's cubs(whom he asks to turn off the lights so they can see the hologram to find the planet where the clones are being made) is named Liam.
There are also several allusions to future SW events(That is of course those in the original trilogy.)
"Why do I get the feeling you're going to be the death of me?" This is an allusion to Anakin(As Vader) and Obi Wan's fight on the first Death Star in ANH. Most of you probably caught that one.
The Death Star plans are revealed by those insect people(the name of the race escapes me) and given to Dooku.
That's all I can consciously think of at this point.....feel free to post more if you've found any other things. Doesn't matter how obvious they are.

To help out those of you who have failed to read the movie's novelization, here is something a little LESS obvious about Episode II.
When Anakin starts whipping out some mad Dark Side tendencies during the Tusken Raiden massacre, the scene quickly flashes to Master Yoda's meditation chamber, where he feels Anakin's pain and anger. On top of that, we hear a voice cry out, "No, Anakin, NO!", or something very similar.
That voice belongs to none other than our good friend Qui-Gon Jinn. Listen again if you don't believe me.
Now, in the novel, we gain the added of bonus of peering into Yoda's thoughts. He does indeed recognize Qui-Gon's voice, and even goes so far as to make a comment that it is impossible for Jedi to reach out to the living world once they have been killed.
So according to the book, Obi-Wan's (and Yoda's and Anakin's) spirit form(s) were something completely new. No wonder Vader thought Ben was smoking something when he was spouting all that crap about "becoming more powerful than you can possibly imagine".
Obviously, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan both figure out how to transcend the grave, something previously undone before, or at least in Yoda's knowledge.
The question now is - will we see the ghost of Qui-Gon in Episode III, counseling Obi-Wan and/or Anakin? -----------------------

I heard that voice of Qui Gon's and thought that I was smoking something....hmmm. And I know that its a "little off" of the subject, but when Solo ignites Lukes sabre in ESB, I thought that u had to be able to wield and use the force to activate a lightsabre, and in one of the books following RotJ, I know Han was tested for mediclorians, and it came up that he did not have a significant amount. Someone please answer this question for me, I have always wondered about it.

sometimes a force user puts the switch/button/whatever inside the saber so that the force is needed to activate it
one example of a lightsaber in the book series REQUIRED the ability to use the force to operate it at all

Okay, now tell me if I am a little off the wall here. I think that there were many simialarities between AOTC and ESB. Allow me to explain. I will use "E" and "A" to explain what I mean.
A. Anakin falls in love with Padme.
E. Han falls in love with Leia.
A. Yoda trains jedi.
E. Yoda trains luke.
A.Obi-wan enters asteroid field.
E. Han solo enters asteroid field.
A.I the field there is a starship fight. (small)
E. In the field there is a starship fight.
A. Obi-wan's ship is damaged.
E. Han Solo's ship is damaged.
A. No big spacestation to blow up in space.
E. No big spacestation to blow up in space.
A. R2D2 and C3P0 argue.
E. same as above.

A. Anakin gets hand cut off.

many of these things i saw in the movie, i like rizzits little comparisons
i heard Qui Gon's voice, very clearly, my g'friend who isnt into Star Wars a whole lot, but liked this one, said, "isnt that the voice of that guy from teh first one" i was happy she recognized it, but disaapointed at her for not knowing the name, dont worry, i gave her a quiz over epII to make sure she watched all of it,
in the bar on coruscant scene, u can see Ahmed Best, adn Athony Daniels in the background, i caught that,
other than that, u guys have all nailed, the little jedi named liam,

Well, I have more of an opinion...
In the end where Anakin and Padme are getting married, Anakin's severed hand is now like a C-3PO type of arm. I believe that they should've made this into a hand inside a black glove, to represent his future as Darth Vader. -----------------------

My thoughts on the robotic arm was that it's something temporary. Chances are they went out and got married as soon as possible and it takes time for a robotic arm to be custom made for someone. -----------------------

That was my thought as well, Talon.
I may be wrong, but I believe the young Jedi that answered Yoda's question in that scene was played by Lucas's son, if not, I'm pretty sure he was one of the other kiddies in the room.
The purple Twi'lek in the bar scene was Lucas's daughter.
Luke's lightsaber was never broken in ESB, it merely fell down a very large shaft into darkness. -----------------------

Um, about cybernetics...as various sources has stated its use in the SW universe.
Each time you get a cybernetic attachment, it has to have a period of time to "get used" to you. Consider that in ESB, Luke had to have been in a tank for at least a couple days (refer to the Truce at Bakura as to the toll Force Lightning had on him). This may have been helpful in getting his particular new part adapted to its host.
So, consider Anakin's older technology cybernetic hand a relatively new attachment which had yet to decide on a skin tone to use. It was encased in a clear sheath until adapting to him.
Just a thought. Besides, I thought it looked more like a hand from the Terminator. -----------------------

1) besides Lucas' daughter, his son is also in the scene.. as a little padawan jedi who races past Obiwan while he goes down some stairs in the Jedi Temple 
2) The ceiling of the dining room at the Tatooine homestead has a pattern similar to the tattoo on the mug of Darth Maul
3) The shaaks — the cow-like creatures that are roaming Naboo were the funny creatures ILM used to poke fun at when creating them. You can find one floating in an asteroid belt, and another is on fire in the final, climactic battle scene. Ow
4) Look at the end credits for "Michael Smith." as "Javva the Hutt.".... the java man Getting coffee for the crew lol :P
5) When Anakin and Padmé arrive on Naboo, you'll spot three Millennium Falcons in the background and at the docking station.
Some of these I didnt see.. but most of them I saw Wierd what Lucas' crew can do on their spare time

Okay, now something has me confused. I know that most of the Jedi escape from the planet of Geonosis. However, one thing that I don't understand is where did they all go? At the end of the movie, in the Jedi Council chambers: Obi-Wan and Mace Windu were discussing their "victory". There was one chair left:Yoda's. He was sitting in it at the time. Now, what happened to the Jedi and their chairs. Were they removed to symbolize that they were gone? -OR- Was Yoda too busy fighting Dooku, that he simply forgot to pay the furniture bills from LAZY JEDI Furnitre? Whatever the matter, there is still only one chair left. How many Jedi are we left with at the end? 4? Someone give me some answers. -----------------------

I will agree that it is very difficult to determine the amount of Jedi now remaining.
If one goes by Salvatore's adaptation of the movie, there are over a thousand Jedi left. The hundred (or two) taken to Geonosis were merely the ones that Windu was able to round up quickly.
Of course, one could suppose that there are only four left, but that is absurd. You must at least include those who stayed behind at the Jedi Temple.
I believe that Ben, Mace, and Yoda were in Yoda's quarters or his meditation room, where he is show earlier - that is why there are no more chairs.
Hopefully, nearly all of the "survivors" from the Gladiator scene lived. And if the novel is any clue, there are still many, many Jedi scattered throughout the Jedi. In addition, there are several Padawans left at the Temple.
Aren't you just almost dying looking foward to Anakin or one of the Sith mowing down all of those little kids in Episode III? Especially the one with the lisp. -----------------------

I noticed something pretty cool today when I went to see it again. On his way to go find his mom on the speeder, Anakin has to stop at the sandcrawler to ask the jawas for directions. I never noticed that before now. And I know I am putting much emphasis on the absence of chairs, but I think that it symbolizes something. Oh well, I'll just have to wait for Episode III to find out.
Oh, I don't have the address handy. But, there is a petition online encouraging Lucas to finish his dream, and go on through Episode IX. If any of you should care to sign it, like I have: try a search for it. Also, the bug greature are called the Genonosians. -----------------------

I also noticed that the weapons on the ships when "Around the survivors, a prerimeter they created" that when the green beams fired, they were similar to that of the death star. Several beams came to meet at one spot, then a large beam fired upon the battle droids. Weird. Huh? -----------------------
