I am interested. Here is a basic sample, and I mean basic sample of what I can do. I've made different kinds of beats and music. This is just what I have uploaded so far. More will come. And by the way this has nothing to do with SW. It's just there to show I can do something.

Now hear me out.

Firstly, its not overly aggressive. Which will do wonders to soften our image (Because that's tyrannical empires need the most, Good PR) but at the same time it hints, subtly I might add, at what our true plans actually are.

Lyrics like

Sure that doesn't make a whole lot of sense when you think about it, sure we don't sleep... but we can always edit it so it sounds like "Even when YOU sleep"

Also

Again, you can't hide from us (See first quote)

Either, right behind you with support (For allies, friends, protectorates) or right behind you with some sort of knife. It works on so many levels.

Also, every time the enemy catch this song on a VH1's best of the 80's they will s**t bricks in fear.

And that is why Tears of fears 1985 classic "Everybody wants to rule the world" should be our anthem.

Are we even allowed to use straight off rips of other peoples songs? Jager's mention of editing the song would probably work, but I'm unsure on the others.

And Through the Fire and the Flames risks us sounding like a guitar hero fansite

Also. Anyone know how to upload music to the tubes?

I've got some stuff, PC game OST's and such which would probably work for this.

No one remembers this awesome game, but dammit I DO and its soundtrack was the shit.

If we use an OST, Jager's would be great. We should have some kind of music playing for the intro video.

Come to think of it, we could do with a new intro video too...

Anyone good at animation?

It's a tad catchy, but a little too militaristic? it's an anthem and we want to give the impression we actually care what those farmers/merchants/politicians think.

well ultimately I want to put this up to a vote. The final decision should not rest with me as the VE is not represented by me. While the VE is not a democracy, nor will it ever be, I hope we can do an oversight on this. Now if only I can convince someone to sing this while the song is play and record it...

i can kind sing, as long as the range isn't very large. i can try if you want

Exactly how are we going to get it recorded though? Kand says he can do the drums with Guitar Hero's drums and record it through the computer, unless he needs his actual kit which is at school.

I play the bagpipes? My grandfather runs his own little sound company and plays quite a few instruments and has record equipment.

Personally I've always loved the Soviet National Anthem done by the Red Army Band.

Lol this is more complicated then I intend, can't wait for the finished product, Drex hope you don't mind if I put you in charge of this side-project, frankly I don't know enough about creating music for it.
