Alright...
Overall its a good game. The animations are a bit clunky, unmodded I found the weapons selection a bit flat, the story line literaly dies in the arse half way through (I swear to god, I raged so hard at the end) and some of the side quests felt.. well.. unfinished.
Performance wise it is touch and go. I've had periods, like say when I first bought it, where it would simply refuse to start. Othertimes i could get twenty minutes in, maybe more, before it crashed. And this is a top of the line computer, quadcore 4 gig of pure awesome. But I hear its different for everyone.
The DLC is possibly the single most disappointing thing I've played in a while (More so then the main quest). For a company that made such epic expansion packs for both morrowind and oblivion, it feels like a real step back in both originality and just overall enjoy..ability.
That being said, I've sunk something like 150 + hours in 5 seperate characters since the day I got it. And I'm really a love-em n' leave-em kind of man when it comes to gaming.
Well worth the frustration and disappointment.
