Ok, here are some of the other Ranks that I have done so far, it should be easy enough to figure out how I'm going to do the rest from how these have developed. Major:  Lieutenant Colonel:  Colonel:  High Colonel:  Brig. Gen.:  Major Gen.:  Lt. Gen:  General:  I'm still working on some others for the higher ranks, but I think this should do for right now. I'd like to point out a few things: 1) Members: if you "custom-make" a uniform, you must keep in mind that this would be like some sort of "just-for-fun/halloween-like" uniform and not your official VE uniform because it doesn't follow the dress code. (The more-creative ones anyway) 2a) Slasher: if you wanted to be truly accurate, look on the caps of the Officers - they're not just random blocks of "something" on the front. 2b) For Rank Insignia's, we do actually have an outline of what we use:  However, if you wanted to be truly Star-Wars authentic, you would use the bars/cylinders.
