Same here. I just don't like Facebook, though I do have a myspace. That is actually a smart move by the people doing the digging because most people do forget about stuff like that. It doesn't matter if it's Facebook or MySpace, it's all the same thing. Some people are idiots, plain and simple, and every case you hear of like the ones in the article revolve around these idiots doing stupid things.
It's not the internet's fault, it's a lack of intelligence on the parts of the first person and everyone who does stuff like putting the pictures up.

Lovely how stuff like that can be taken completely out of context by officials if they feel it will benefit them. Worthless human beings who live entirely on the anguish of others. Pathetic. I can't say that what you throw on the net should be private, even with a networking site, but simply that things like that are easily misconstrued by those that don't know a person.
