Looking at the current online roster, it seems that it is not always clear who is your wingman. At least not to me (from a writers point of view). I know Darian and I were only temporarily wingmates during the simulator story, but isn't the new one a follow up on that? But with G'shlecc on leave, flight 1 seems to miss one wingman. Ok, standard policy in the military when you take losses, is you fill in the gaps. According to the roster, DarianRogue does not have a wingman Drac, so you can fly on his wing for now. Because the rest of Flight 1 does not have a Flight Leader, you will be under the command of Kane, who is the XO, or myself, depending on how things go in the heat of battle, at least until Gshlecc is able to function again.
On a different subject, following the completion of our last story, and due to their contributions in that story and in other aspects of the VE, Goth, Drac, and Thedrish have all been awarded the Merit Cross 2nd Class, which means that you can add [MC:2] to the end of your ID line. New update on story, we are now engaged, read my post as it outlines how some of the enemies need to be taken out, but only has one of them listed with a clear killer. So have some fun, and make some good posts. Gshlecc has set the minimum post at 500, however, I want to set it differently. At least within 3 Flight, the minimum is 500 words in a post, but the goal is 1000 words. However do not sacrifice Quality for Quantity, I want to see good posts, and reach for 1000 word posts if you can. I would not ask you to do this unless I was doing it myself, As you can see my last two posts have been in excess of 1000 words. I would encourage everyone, SC and XO included, to make a goal of routinely posting in the 800-1000 word range, at least once a week. Great work on the story so far, lets make this one epic.
