Your first mission will start this coming Sunday, the 29th of November. (I want to steer clear of the Thanksgiving Holiday)
By then I will have selected one of you to serve as the field leader of the ARCs. All missions will be coordinated by me, but the "ARC Lead" on the ground will have mission control unless otherwise directed by me.
