I think your the first bot I've ever seen, but I think the C model is a protocol droid, correct me if I'm wrong.

I'd say the same, but I think with the updated bio we can definetly work something out.  A couple of things I noticed and I think we need to fix up: 

Your character lacks a physical or mental description.  Although C-3PX2 is a model for a droid, you said he was equipped with a sentient brain of some higher class creation and given a male personality simulator.  That means that the droid acts a certain way- even if he didn't have either of those things, he'd still act a certain way due to his programming.  Describe that to us: is he extremely quiet and only sticks to his business, or is he pretty conversational?  Perhaps he likes to tell dirty jokes, lol.  Also, based on the character's background and how he has traded sides to benefit himself, he's probably not to easy to trust- perhaps he tries to keep his history quiet while pumping himself up as a pilot.  Who knows- have fun with it man.  As for Physical descriptions- your droid is similar looking to C-3PO, but there's gotta be some pretty obvious differences.  You said he was engineered as a pilot first, then assassin in the midst of that (you might want to clear that up as well)- what modifications were made so that he could become more able as a pilot?  Are there any?  Just more strength and what not or otherwise?

Here's one to do with your story: why did they pick The Earth Jedi as the one to create this droid?  He needed to be a pilot, but being of superior intellect and experience in the field cybernetics seems to trump the former.  Also, if you have a real name for the Earth Jedi, like what the character's formal name was- you should probably use that.  Also- wouldn't 3PX's first idea be to find his way to the VEN and offer his services?  Since he didn't we're going to have to assume some portion of that independant thought process kicked in and made him think otherwise.  What would have happened if he'd ventured to the VEN?  Scrap metal or a relegation in systems so that he'd be like any other droid?  NEVER!  That's probably why he ran off.  And you mentioned he had a function as an assassin- I'd say that should be his second one and his primary should be flying since they hired up that pilot for the job. 

Beyond that stuff, how about when he finally rejoins the VEN?  Say he's given an assignment to take out a certain rogue pilot causing them trouble or something on the level where he's helping the VEN in some way.  Anywho, that would get C-3PX's foot in the door and also lead the way for some conversation on how he would get deeper in the Navy.  However, in the back of this droids head, he starts to compute the probability that he'd be used like any other droid if he just offered them his services.  Instead he decides he's going to prove himself, that he can fly as good as a human and serve out his original function.  See, the entire time that droid isn't in the VEN, he's probably got a sticky note attached to the processer in his head and its probably been bugging him something awful- this is your character chance to start unveiling his purpose.  You can get really deep with this idea, you just gotta know how to run with it, man.  I'd suggest that make it so these recruiters don't take the droid seriously and try to put a bolt on him, at which point the droid nearly kills them.  He 'convinces' them to let him fly.  Now- you could either send him on a mission after that as a test, or say they were satisfied with his ability to take down an ace combat from earlier.  I'm just running things off, but the point it: you need to create a real story for this thing.

Once you've made the corrections I detailed above, you can move on to Chapter 2: Pilot Procedure.  (Mind you that your character would probably have trained himself up, despite his already installed skills, but entering information in from some data cards.  Kind of like the matrix :>).

Created Nine years after the Battle of Yavin, Cybot Galactica Model 3PX Version 2 (or C-3PX2 as he is sometimes called) was built to be a security droid, before his master decided to do some extreme modifications. His master was a Petty Officer First Class in the Vast Empire Imperial Navy, he was known only by his call-sign "Earthjedi01". While he flew under the Imperial Flag, he was contacted by the Imperial Remnant Command; they had heard of his expertise as a mechanical engineer, and they asked him to build them a droid that they could use as a pilot. But they wanted something that was unheard of. They wanted the droid to have a mind of its own; they wanted it to have a sentient brain. One that could react and change its attack plans, one that could adapt and learn from rebel tactics.


After he got the top-secret job from the remnant he disappeared from the Vast Empire, and went to work on his impossible project for the Empire. He decided to build his droid on Kuat, due to the fact that it has many resources. He used all the data banks he could find for any trace of a droid that had a sentient mind, with no luck. He had to come up with one himself. He chose to use a 3PX Model Droid because droids that are the fighter are slow in cheaply made, while the 3PX model could fly like a sentient being, and survive on its own if it is shot down. He upgraded its leg and arm maneuverability to make it move like a humanoid. After solving these problems he still had to create a mind for it, he decided to check the data banks again and he found something he missed. A proto-type droid fighter brain being created by "Cybot Galactica". He contacted the remnant and told them what he needed; they got him one prototype droid brain. He placed it into the droid, and began to program it. But as he started to program him, he was contacted by the new Republic. Their spies had found out about the project, and offered to pay him three times as much as the remnant would. They wanted him to program the droid to assassinate the imperial leaders. While 3PX's master was putting the assassination programming in him, the KSF (Kuat Security Force), unaware that he was working for the empire (and the republic), broke in and arrested his master for building an illegal model of droids without an official permit. They sentenced his master to the Kessel Spice Mines for 20 Years. But the KSF made a big mistake, they left 3px2 there. After the secured the area and took his master away, they forgot to take and destroy him. But there was a problem, since the arrested his master before he finished programming him, there was a gap. This gap made him aggressive, and made his default programming, quiet and he would only talk about getting a job. But the Brain made him learn, as he started to work with humanoids, he started to act like a humanoid. But no matter how human-like he got, he still had that gap that made him an aggressive pilot, he can computer problems handle the situation.


So after they left, he took all the credits and the "Whisper Subsonic Slug thrower Sniper Rifle" and headed to the hanger to take his master's "Toscan 8-Q Star Fighter" and flew to Nar Shaddaa to get a job using his hidden purpose, an assassin droid. His first job was a simple one; a merchant was late on a protection payment to the local gang lord. His job was to collect, but the man didn't have the money. He looked around in the merchant's store, and saw many upgrades for droids. So he made a deal with the merchant. If the merchant let him take items that would make up the price he owed, "3PX2" would pay the gang lord what he owed. He took 2 Retractable Lasers, and the merchant installed them onto him. He returned to the gang lord and gave him the credits; he was pleased to learn how 3PX2 handled it. He not only got the credits that were owed, but got something for him too. The gang lord paid the bounty and 3PX2 went to find his next job. With the money he earned he bought Infrared Photo receptors, and got a job working for the Hutts. Apparently the Gang Lord he had just worked for was an enemy of the hutts. His job was to use the trust they now had for him, sneak in and eliminate the entire gang. He completed the mission and took a Retractable Missile Launcher, and left to collect his reward. He collected the reward and went to buy a Rear-Firing Laser Cannon. This is when he began to notice that he was missing many parts of his programming, but the strange thing was he had memories. He remembered his master creating him, he remembered when the KSF came in and arrested him. He began to remember a name, the "Vast Empire" all he knew was it had something to do with his master. Since he had no other idea what it meant he just ignored it.


He worked his way to the top of the underground, until he was hired by the empire. They recognized him as the project they had a pilot create; they wanted to test his abilities so they gave him a job. His job was to locate an unprotected New Republic Convoy of Warheads traveling on the Corellian Trade Spine, and destroy it. He took the Toscan 8-Q Fighter to get some Imperial upgrades, including one seismic charge. He flew to Duro when he got there he found it was not unprotected, but instead it was guarded by a "YS-001 Deep Space Scout". He processed the situation and decided to use the lasers on his Star fighter to make a take down the shields in the second of three transport ships and the shoot it with his Concussion Missiles. The explosion destroyed the convoy but left the Frigate, so he used the seismic charge to destroy the Deep Space Scout. When he returned to Nar Shaddaa the Remnant paid and thanked him and offered him a chance to join the Empire. He accepted their offer, and went to the Recruitment Center. When he got there they were confused and scared. The Nar Shaddaa Recruitment Center had never heard of a droid joining the empire on its own will. Their first idea was to place a restraining bolt onto him and send him to be a protocol droid. But the moment they went to pickup the bolt, he set his thermal detonator core to explode and he pulled out a blaster. So they changed their plan; instead of placing him as a protocol droid, they decided to give him a job. There was a rouge group of pilots attacking in the outer-rim territories, they told him to take them out and then they will consider it. They also said that if they really want their support to do it but in a tie interceptor.


He accepted the job and they gave him a TIE Interceptor to use, he left to go find the pilots who were in the border of the unknown regions, when a new message came over the ships com-system. It said that there was an Imperial Faction in the area, and they planed to help. After he received the message a Victory II Star Destroyer jumped into the system. The radar began to show one squadron of rouge pilots in the area. He powered up his weapons and went into battle, while the Star Destroyer just watched in awe as he went in without waiting for support from the Imperials. He over clocked his engines to make him so fast that their radars wouldn't ever be able to keep up with him. He flew directly at them and jammed on the brakes, and was able to get the First Blood Shots. He took down three of the twelve fighters using the first blood.


The other nine immediately broke of and began to attack him. It came to the point where they were right behind him, so he put his engines into reverse and flew behind the and began to open fire. That took down two more fighters bringing the total number of kills to five of the twelve. At that time the Victory II Star Destroyer began to launch its fighter's one squadron of Tie Interceptors Joined the fight, and began to take down fighters, and took the number of kills to seven out of twelve. The moment that they took down the sixth and seventh fighters he went in to take out the remaining fighters. He locks on to one fighter and fires concussion missiles at it, and destroys it. The remaining four fighters jumped away into hyperspace, and the Imperials called back in their fighters; while 3PX began his journey back to Nar Shaddaa.


When he got back to Nar Shaddaa he filed his report at the recruitment office, but said that he didn't put the Imperial faction's name that helped him because he didn't know who it was. They told him that the faction's name was the "Vast Empire". It then hit him, the "Vast Empire"; the name that he couldn't remember was a faction in the Imperial Navy. They told him with his acts of taking down the rebel convoy and taking down most of the rouge pilot squadron, that they would put his application through. All he would need to do was to pick a faction to fly under. He says that he would want to join the Vats Empire, he knew hat it was the faction that his master flew under. His master would be on Kessel in the Spice mines for 20 Years, and he had nowhere else to go. So he entered the Imperial Academy and began to work on his Flight School Basic Training.

How it is used: turn sideways and make your pitch very sharp, craft will turn at a sharp radius.
Why it is used: To make a sharp turn, to cut someone off, to acquire a target, throw enemy off your tail.

What it is: High Thrust Maneuver used to change bearings and increase altitude.
How it is used: Pitch Nose up and climb, execute half loop. Terminate by inverting and executing a roll.
Why it is used: It is used to increase your altitude and/or reverse your direction.

3) The Split S
What it is: Diving Half-Loop
How it is used: During turn, invert & roll, immediately pull back to go into a dive.
Why it is used: Increse air Speed / bleed off altitude / to disengage a threat

Revised Rough Draft of "The Post" or you can call it the Version 0.5 Alpha

C-3px2 exited sleep mode to the sound of A "New Message" Alert on his Holo-Mail. He scanned, opened, and read the message. It was from the Vast Empire Navy Command on Abrae, his months of class work qualified him to begin "Live Flight Training". His orders were to leave Abrae via the Bulk Cruiser "Red Storm". He would be one of 3 trainees in his class to attend this session and he was also selected to be the second pilot in the training squadron. When he got there he was to meet up with, Ryncho Denar, for he would be his training officer, from there he would begin this first real flight training. Along with his orders there was a pass to board the bulk cruiser and take it the Interceptor-Class Cruiser "Perser Summit".

Sorry this is so late, man- didn't catch site of your topic.  Anywho- you'll be reporting to Kaph Squadron, Flight 2.  Willtconq is your Squadron Commander, Demonic your XO and I'm thinking Than Sion is your Flight Lead.  You'll need to go report to the Kaph Squadron thread immedietly; the story has already begun so ask someone to breif you via IRC or another live contact.  This way all questions will be answered and you'll be able to begin posting immeidetly. 

Now, you'll need to finish your aviator's exam- that can be taken by going to the bottom of the Basic Training and clicking 'Aviator's Exam.'  You'll need to copy both questions and answers into a message and send it to me through message center- I find that's more effective at least.  This needs to be done by next Friday, the 1st of December, so there's no pressure just yet, but make sure it's done by then. 

Also, you've been promoted to the rank of Leading Crewman.  The best to you pilot- congratulations.
