Alright, I've got a few promotions and whatnot to add to those Shazam awarded at Sunday's meeting.

The first set are from Chipmunk Man. He'd like to recognize several members of his squadron for their exceptional activity and story participation.

Hunter - Petty officer 1st class - Victory Cross: Blue
Gemini - Petty officer 2nd class - Victory Cross: Blue
Raigen - Senior crewman - Victory Cross: Blue

The second set are from me. I'd like to finally recognize two of my Squadron Commanders that have gone far too long without any reward for their work in whipping their squadrons into shape.

I thus announce:
Willtconq is promoted to Chief Warrant Officer, which should have happened long ago. Anyone put into a squadron commander's position should be put at this rank. I didn't do so initially because we weren't sure how long he'd be in command of the squadron. It has become clear, though, that he is now fully in command of Kaph Squadron and thus, here is his just reward.

Chipmunk Man is promoted to Ensign and elligable to take the FOCE test as soon as Shazam decides that that test consists of. He's been at the reigns of Aegis for a while now and has done a good job of taking essentially nothing and moulding it into an active membership.

I'll go through the roster and make these promotions and make sure all the rest are done and whatnot too.
