Hmm.  Here are a few ideas:

- listing of open projects
-- who is assigned to the project
-- when project is due to complete
-- how much the project pays
-- any other info about the project(s)
-- links to completed/ongoing projects

- maybe have a way to let people in the VEEC sign up for projects
-- or people could quote a price for the project
--- almost like elance.com

- have a way for people to list projects
-- they'd be able to see their project(s) and who has bid on the project to get it completed
-- would be able to select the lowest bidder or the highest bidder depending on who they want for the job

Not sure how in depth you wanted to get into that.  But just threw out a few ideas.

-Links to SW's Reference sites
-Links to projects for divisions, ComNet, etc.
-MSRP for certain projects/suggested charge for a project
-List similar to the Fortune Guild in the FGB. Who has completed the most jobs, and how much they've earned.

Give people the option of actually joining the VEEC who are already in the VE and are familiar with it, besides the people who are in the VE today.

You have to have a useful skill to be able to join the VEEC, since the point of the VEEC is to complete jobs proposed by others.

If you want to be a professional bicyclist and have no legs, you might want to try another line of work :P
