Here is the issue I have.  Rank seems to go pretty well, but it's not a perfect system.  I have been a PFC since FEB. and other members who joined much later than I have been promoted over me.  The thing is that they have NOT been more active than myself.  Could we not put a few people to monitor the rank thing?  I know that in the U.S.A. Army that up to an E-4 rank(a Lance-Corporal in our case) is automatic.  You achieve that rank in a certain amount of time.  The only reason I ask is that I am a PFC here, and in the U.S. Army and I got that rank at the same time for both.  I'm a Specialist in the U.S. Army now... And still a PFC in the Empire... Something doesn't seem right...

if your commander officers don't promote then your obviously not activite/something.

To add onto Jack, it doesn't even have to be a relative or something. If a commander becomes really good friends with the person, they become more susceptible to promoting people that don't deserve it yet. That's why a leader has to be objective when he views things. But, it has to be approved by the higher ups, and if the person doesn't deserve the promo or medal yet, then they won't get it. I trust Fury, Tal, Japh, and Kad. They look at the people before they give out promotions. Just be active and work Slick and don't ask for a promotion. That is the number one thing that bugs me the most.

It's not just the only thing that might bug someone, it's also probabaly the number one thing to ensure that you won't get any promotions anytime soon.

Oh yeah, thanks Kairo. I forgot about that part. But to get promoted, you have to do just one basic thing, really... STAY ACTIVE. Of course, there are other things that could get you promoted, but just try to stay as active as possible.

Say slick, i know that you ARE active it's just some people are more active than you like Hellra.... but she is an exception, in fact lots of people are more active than you.... like zar and Jak but that is okay.... PFC is nothing bad... I guess we all just have to be patient huh?  Also, can you be promoted if your squad is full? yes right?

Well Yillis don't be too harsh... I just did my spec. but i was busy as hell from crummy parties.... and dont blame zar and Jak for the squad story... the raiders are like .... falling apart....
