I'm going to request that anybody posting on the story right now ignores Max's post. I need to have a bit of a chat with him about a thing or two regarding his post and plot-line changes.

Ok, many of you guys knew this was coming.

My life has become too hectic as of late for me to perform to the level I set myself. With college picking up pace, a struggling social life and two VE characters to juggle, its just become too much. It is selfish of me to be filling a space on the Nazgul roster with my inactivity, so I'm hereby retiring my navy character Skar Darkanto.

Aslond is nuts, absolutely crazy and he knows it but he keeps it to himself. To himself is the key there, he speaks as little as possible. He despises most everybody except himself, especially voluntary members of the VE. He's not friendly, or nice, but a kind of sick sadistic way that most people let slide because they don't know what is actually going through his mind.

Max, I'd like to point out a few more things in your post. Trevor mentioned he was going to keep the whole incident between the three of those who figured saw it, meaning there wouldn't be a meeting about it. Also, it's sometimes bad form to write yourself into a situation that's already been written through a few times without mention of your character. it's safe to assume you didn't whitness whatever had happened. Also, I don't know if you missed it or not, but Trevor sent the message for a meeting out on his data pad, while Castor waited in his quarters for everyone else to show up. There was no 'Castor leaving' or anything. Aside from thaat stuff, the part about the wave and whatnot was good, I was pleased with that.

Welcome Kaz, I noticed you made a post and it's not too bad. I'm going to suggest the things Inormally do to new people...use MS word or another word processor so you can use spell check, work on the punctuation/grammar/capitalization, your paragraph spacing and whatnot. I would have suggested not including yourself from the start as it can affect the continuity of the story but I'm nto going to make you change it or antyhing, It's not really a big deal at this point. As for  the rest of it, I'd have to say that a series of gigantic waves (which despite max saying they were almost tsunamis, they were supposed to be in excess of 300 feet) would cause a fair bit more water, if you know what I mean. And I think Max said he was out on the street, but I dunno if you said you were or not, didn't catch that. Also, could you explain to me why you're calling him 'Flight'? I'm not objecting to it, just curious.

Anyways, aside from all that, welcome to Nazgul.

Nah, post length is all good, some of mine are kind of big as well, it's all good. What I meant was at the start of the story there was no mention of Kaz, so it weirds the continity of the story, rather then say, adding him as a recruit form the base on Yamar. Either way it works though, like I said, no big deal.

Nazgul: I've got us going, and I've freed it up for each flight to write their own peices of the story. Feel free to include whatever sub-plots you see fit, but like I said at the end of my story post, try not to go too excessive. I've seen some great posting up until now and I've been incredibly pleased with how everyone is doing. Let's keep up the good work, eh? I see a lot of people in this group being able to go far if they stick with it. We've got some great talent, so lets show what we've got.

Just something I noticed when reading over your story posts... whether by design or unintentionally, you haven't really mentioned much about the larger battle, or even that there is one.  Remember, this is the entire VE First Fleet in action here, and they are besieged by a superior New Republic Fleet... and they're losing badly.  Don't be afraid to throw around capital ships, having our ships/squadrons getting waxed, etc.  In fact, I would even encourage perhaps someone writing something from the viewpoint of a ship captain or something like that.  I know we tend to only write from our pilot's position, but don't be afraid to be creative here.  Good luck.
