Well... I used to think it was magic, but now its obvious that he's actually a skilled master of random stuff... Forming statues out of pocket lint, wielding num-chucks with his feet, and maybe the most public one, PSP7 artwork... Some one step in if they feel they have a better theory...

Let me clear a few things up...
Specific frame means Army/Navy/General frames. These are free. If you want something truly distinct - something that no one else in the VE has (a custom frame), then you're looking at coughing up 500k ICs. Your choice. -----------------------

Laguna: Avatar is free since it is not a custom frame.
Zed: Aye, I did use clone stamp. 
Will: There is already a hand there (the original). I didn't need to add a second - that would look extremely odd to have two hands coming out of one wrist.
Jack: If you want to keep the Navy frame, either the letters would be extremely small or I'd have to put the text elsewhere... somewhere. You might be better going with the Army frame.
