Some overlap between classes (read: choice of companions, basically, if there are 5 roles they can fulfill) would be awesome. I don't think it would be that difficult a thing to code, really...dunno. But it might give you your choice of X number of companion characters out of Y possible choices, which'd be:

-Drac
FC/VCAP Drac/ISD II Halcyon Warrior/TF: Aurek/2Flt/FC/VEN/VE
Captain of the ISD II Halcyon Warrior
Chief of Naval Warfare
