Alight, Dec has set the scene nicely for the rest of y'all to do some writing. I'm not the best at describing space battles so I'm going to amuse myself by hacking up everyone I run into on the Star Destroyer, but it would muchly appreciate it if the rest of you Captains (and swabbies) still in the air could keep things flowing outside.

In regards to Helm's pirates: There's a fair few of them (they outnumber Osk), mostly uglies and smaller support craft, so feel free to kill off a few dozen if you need scapegoats. We don't want them to get too mauled however as I have need of them later on. As we charge suicidally at our ISD they'll be tackling the trio of Lancer Frigates at our back.

The planet's location, and description of the moon we will eventually be assaulting have been left deliberately vague. The intel which Kami originally received is FUBAR so it's she and the other Senior Captains are basically making things up as they go. Feel free to identify the nameless defence force we're fighting (it is private corporation run so will be well equipped and trained) and fill in any other details that you need to.

The actual loot...well we still haven't managed to agree on that. Suggestions most welcome. Posts on the thread even more so.

I'm already down there with the three ships that slipped the battle. Its a slaughter house. 75-90% casualties from the new guys and two ships, with the third grounded for good but providing cover for the last 10%.

But a rough beachhead has been... established, I guess. I figured they'd have some sort of atmospheric sheild up, or whatever you'd call a habitable bubble over their facility.

Either way, they've been backed into a corner and they've had time to prepare.

I'm busy on and off for the next two-three days, might try and post before then. If not. meh.
