Automated system for paychecks

Alright so I know Kad has finally sent out our paychecks, however I've been thinking about this for a a few days since Doc had commented that we hadn't received our paychecks yet when he had posted his Stimulus Package thread.

Why not make the system fully automated instead of having Kad send them out every month? This way, if the busy man's already busy schedule were taken up, he wouldn't hae to think about sending them out. It would already have been done for him.
