Lucky was taking a leisurely walk around the base when she saw a wanted poster posted on the wall. It was for a man named Cedreen Orus, ripping the paper off the wall and taking a closer look, she read the few details given. A financier wanted this man to disappear, she could accomplish this easily.

Going to her armoury, she wore her armour and took a few personal weapons along as well as a folding shovel. Cedreen would disappear all right, never to be seen again. Grabbing her Blaster Rifle, she silenced it and moved off to the location where the financier, Spice Runner I think he was called worked. She approached the man, saluted then introduced herself.

“Ah good, you’re here to rid me of this nuisance!”

“Yes sir”

The financier travelled all over Tadath, but he knew where Cedreen Orus almost always waited for him to move so that the latter could follow him. Following the financier’s directions to the letter, she came upon a wooded area which was great for one to hide, but also a good place to conceal a body.

As the financier went about his business, she tracked Cedreen’s every move until she had him at a good spot; he was in an area ringed by trees and wasn’t paying attention to his surroundings. She quietly climbed a tree monkey-style then perched herself high up in the chosen tree, waiting for him to make his move. As he started moving off once more, she levelled her Rifle with the middle of his back then fired one clean shot to his heart.

Clambering down, she grabbed him by the shoulders and dragged his limp form near the base of a large tree, grabbing her folding shovel she started to dig. The hole she was making was going to be rectangular, seven feet in length, four feet wide and five feet deep. It took her a little over an hour, but a sweaty and grimy Luckystar managed to dig a big enough hole and rolled the body inside. At first she had a bit of trouble because rigor mortis had already started setting in, but  three minutes later the body was in the hole, face up, dark, empty eyes staring at nothing.

Taking off her helmet and wiping her brow, she grabbed the shovel off the ground and started scooping up the loose dirt and began the tedious work of covering up her deed. It took some time, but as the sun was starting to come down she patted the dirt flat with her shovel, there was practically no trace of an assassination that had occurred a few hours prior, it simply looked like freshly turned dirt.

Wiping her gloved hands on her armour, she walked off to find the Spice Runner and tell him the news. She found him where she had met him that morning, he was getting ready to lock up for the night and disappear inside his demeure for the night.  When he heard her approaching, he turned around and looked at her.

“It’s over; you need not worry any longer. He’s dead.”
The financier went to clap her on the shoulder but seeing her Rifle and armour decided otherwise. “Thank you” he said simply before turning his back on her and entering his domain.
