You've got it slightly wrong. The squad is still going to charge into suicidal situations that can only be solved with extremely liberal use of firepower and explosives. The difference is that now there'll be 2 snipers helping you out in the liberal application of firepower. So think of it this way, you guys will have, in addition to your normal assortment of squad weapons, 2 deadly and accurate rifles. They'll just be hidden a bit.

Well, it'd be nice to have some variety, I'll stick to the sniper.
