Hey Keiran, welcome to the Vast Empire. I suggest you download mirc from www.mirc.com. The Vast Empire is located on the server irc.massassi.net and the channel is #Vast_Empire. Post on the Comnet, play the games, and get on mirc and you'll go far in the Vast Empire Navy. -----------------------

You can use your IC's for whatever. You can use them to bet on games, buy things in the store to use in RPGs and the Storyboard, whatever. Most of the good stuff you can buy is pretty expensive though., so it is a pretty good idea to save up. -----------------------
