The Sianna City Plaza Hotel was bustling with activity. Today the VESA had gone to the Stock Market and used this occasion to invite the crème de la crème out of politic and business to join them in their celebration. Lighthearted Jizz performed by a Bith combo hovered through the foyer. Beautiful Twi'leks were walking around, offering the guests drinks and VESA products. Everywhere were clusters of influential people and here he stood, in his best Tux with Kami at his side. It had taken him ages to talk her into joining him on this, but finally she had given in, mostly out of compassion he guessed.

They walked down the stairs  and Evis quickly spotted Hashi and Snipes, who were sitting in large armchairs, puffing cigarettes and sipping their favorite alcohol, their faces still overflowing with joy like his own. He walked up to them and let himself fall down into the third armchair, pulled a cigar out of the box that stood on the table and ordered a drink.

“It's wonderful, isn't it?”, said Hashi as they watched Grand Moff Kadann and Grand General Fury walk on by, lost in conversation. Evis had to resist the urge to fall into attention immediately and salute when he saw the two, and it took him a moment to remember that tonight it was the heads of the VESA, who would be celebrated.

“Hey Hashi, hope you worked hard on that speech of yours”, remarked Snipes. As Secretary Snipes was practically the Spokesman of the Council and had the dubious honor to adress all those dignitaries as soon as the official part began.
Hashi's answer consisted of a wicked grin, that made Evis think about ways to get out of this hotel as fast as possible. At least it did until Hashi said:”Surely did. That'll be a walk in the park, trust me.”

From somewhere a bell rang, it was time to begin the dinner and with it the offical part. Still smiling the three councilmen got up and walked into the large ballroom where the rest of the event would take place.
