Mako Sanguin sat alone in the Dark Dragoon Barracks for one of the first times.  He thought about his new life in the VE.  He was fond of the friends that he had made, but was a little bored waiting on the action to start.

He noticed that the barracks were a little messy, and thought that he would buy one of those little mouse droids that keep the starship floors so shiny.

He had made a decent amount of money so far, and was able to obtain a few things, most of which fit nicely into his footlocker.  There were a few things too large to fit, and those things Mako guarded somewhat selfishly, perhaps too selfishly if you asked some of his squad-mates.

He had seen the way that some of the other members of DD had been eying his shiny new refresher booth.  He thought that they were constantly thinking of slipping into the shower when he wasn’t there.  He had kindly offered to rent it out to them for 5IC’s a week, but no one had taken him up on it.

He had, with his boredom and spare money, spent a great deal on stocks and bonds.  He had also started a small army of droid snipers.  Mako used these droids, because there really wasn’t a better use for them currently, to guard his precious few commodities that could not be safely locked away.

These assassin battle droids are very puny if stationed within close range, but deadly efficient if far enough back so as not to be in direct battle.  So, given his paranoia and wild desire to be the only one to ever step rent-free into his own shower booth, Mako had the assassin droids stationed within a safe distance, but still with a clear view of his new refresher booth.

They had direct orders to shoot for the fleshy parts, and not to seriously wound the intruder, but only to remind them that this was not their shower.  He had though about using tranquilizer or shock stick ammo with the droids, but decided that he could deal with blood, but definitely not with a release of bowels from being suddenly incapacitated.

Mako posted a no trespassing sign clearly on the entrance door of the refresher booth, and even hung his used Imperial towel over the hook so that no one would miss the point.

Still he obsessed over it night and day.  Every time he left the barracks, he just knew that Orobos or Urakai were planning their invasion upon his sacred chambers, and what would he do if they had succeeded in overtaking his defenses?  What if they set up some type of stasis shield to blind the droids to their target?

Mako was seriously considering investing in a Droideka to stand guard inside the sacred shower chamber, so that no one would enter without their sacred dues paid, their admission to the Holy Grail of Imperial Shower technology, his personal refresher booth.

Mako was so concerned about a security breach that he went online and placed his order for two droids right away; One essential guardian of his precious shower booth, and one little mouse droid to clean these filthy barracks.
Go ahead, laugh.  It's all fun and games until someone puts YOUR eye out.

Orobos stuck the mirror under the door. he could see two droids on the other side. "Too easy he thought to himself." He pushed the door open. At the creak the droids spun around. orobos sent one flying by hitting it with the staff of his vibro-axe and grabbed the others head, pulled him forward and yanked some of the wires out. He looked around. There had been two at the door two in here.

There must be another one. He walked into the bathroom and dived sideways as stun shot came at him. He threw his vibro-axe. The butt of it connected with the droids head which was then knocked into the wall it was standing beside.

He managed to get in without destroying any of Makos property. He even impressed himself a little at some time. He chuckled as he cut the used towel, which was on the handle, in half and watched it fall to the floor. He looked around the room. There was the shower and the droid but nothing else.

"This guy is way too possessive," he said allowed he instantly regretted it.

He heard a voice float in from the other room. "What happened to my droids? Is there anyone in there. Orobos moved toward the window and was half was through when Mako walked in.

"Orobos.. what are you doing in the shower room?"

"Well.. eh.. you see.. Hello.. I mean.. bye," with that he dropped out the window onto a pile of rubbish below and started running. As far as he'd heard Mako was a good shot.
Time is a Drug. Too much of it will kill you.
