Wow, hard to say, I've read so many books. Stephen King's The Stand, was probably my most favorite. You have to read the book. There was so much left out in the made for T.V. version. And it's a long book so I don't expect many people to have time to read it.
But, other than that, something else I don't expect alot of people to have time to read was or is J.R.R. Tolkiens books. All of them. They go together. The Hobbit, then the trilogy and then The Silmarillion and lastly, the Unfinished works.

Star Wars books or movies? Um Episode VI the Return of the Jedi. Luke was great in his dealings with Jabba. And, although we are a re-emergence og the old Empire, the way Darth Vader destroyed the Emporer was cool. And sorry I am late on this subject.
