My favourite conspiracy theory is that of Black Helicopters.They apperently only are spotted in the USA.They have reputedly followed people and occasionly even shoot at them.The crew are dressed like their craft,all in black.In one instance a car was followed down highway 395 for 60 miles.Another instance was when a teenager was followed by one for 45 mins in Louisiana.They move silently and have high intensity searchlights.Although they are generally seen alone in rural areas,small fleets have been seen flying over cities.They are often seen dispensing a mysterious material over fields.This is deadly to small animals and makes humans violently ill.In one instance in Nevada in 1995, farmer witnessed one spraying this stuff one one of his fields.All the cattle in the field were dead by the next morning and all the grass was dead.It hadnt grown back 2 years later.The most convincing evidence though,is that the US has been in a state of enmergency since 1933,and this has never been revoked.But why should it be?In a state of emergency,the US president,under the terms of the constitution,can impose martial law whenever he wants.Maybe the black helicopters are just waiting untill the president just gets tired of democracy?

They might actually be chasing someone? We have helicopters hovering around all the time in the UK as well, they're normally either following or looking for someone. And yeah, sometimes they probbaly will shoot if they feel the person is about to endanger someone elses life.
Helicopters have colour schemes, the fact they are all black is no big deal. They are all painted the same colour so they're easily recognised. The crew probbaly dress the same because in a black helicopter, if they wore anything else they'd stick out like a sore thumb in the night sky.
I somehow cant see how martial law can be declared and controlled in a country as big as America, in all honesty. -----------------------

A lot of countries utilise helicopters for law enforcement.
Since 9/11 it would not surprise me if the government had helicopters seeking out terrorists and yes the government would deny their existence. I can just see it on the news now where the government declares that it is using black helicopters to chase down terrorists. Way to let the terrorists know what is happening.
As far as the gas is concerned, well, you've got me there. Seriously though, pesticides. Can you really see a law enforcement agency being contracted out to do a pesticide run?

They wernet a threat to American security,in fact only the Soviets were but the helicopters would be completley useless then anyway.All the soviets would have to do is launch a big hulking missile at the US and bye-bye!Also,its a bit OTT to start shooting people at random.There was another incident where in a small town in America,a helicopter started shooting at people in a fair in the park.Nine people were injured,who were just going about their daily buisiness.and,Ive been to England and NI and there are no helicopters that shoot people at random!And I forgot,the black paint is to shake of radar.But if they are chasing Taliban around,the Taliban aint gonna be wearing a big ten foot radar mast is he?Now that is OTT

CATTLE MUTILATIONS
This is a conspiracy that has been worrying farmers and other people for decades.While they generally occur in the US(particularly in New Mexico)they also occur in Peurto Rico,South America and Canada.Late at night,farmers generally hear their cattlelowing loudly.When he comes out the next day to check out whats wrong he generally finds a dead cow or cows,lying in the corner of the field.The starngest thing about these killings is the neatness with which they are carried out.No blood is left in the cows.A farmer cut one of his mutilated cattle up and hung a piece from a rafter in his barn.The next day not one drop of blood had dripped from it.Usually no marks are found around the cattle except for a few tripod marks.Clamp marks have been found on some cattle,suggesting that they are operated on somewhere else.UFOs and Black Helicopters are often seen around cattle fields before mutilations.Cattle also become very nervous when UFOs appear.Black Helicopters are seen blinding and herding cattle with their white-hot searchlights.Human abductees on alien craft have also seen cattle being led aboard while they are there also.In the end,when the farmer finds his cattle all thats left is the bone structure,muscle and skin.No organs are left behind.The most mysterious fact is though,that other animals wont go near them.Even registered carrion eaters like crows or vultures wont touch them. |

We DO have craft searching through the skies of the United States. Many of them are currently deployed to the U.S. Borders.
But if your looking for a chopper, then you want this: Sikorsky Cypher. if you want something with more range, then there is this: RQ-9 Predator B / MQ-9 Reaper This, Predator B, thing can find, target and destroy enemy targets with its full load of: 4x AGM-114 Hellfire air to ground missiles and 2x GBU-12 Paveway II laser-guided bombs.
