On www.seattlestarwars.com you can read the story about two Star Wars Fans who are camping in front of the cinema in Seattle and waiting for the new Star Wars movie till May...

Yeah, they've been there since Janurary 1st, Star Wars is killer, but come on! There's work, eatiing, family, and friends, why would you do that?! I think that I might go and try recruiting them, they sure would be active, ya know what I mean?!

Oh man, there are crazy ppl in the world.
I will watch the movie but i dont camping month before the film starts, its ok when i see it one or two weeks after start. -----------------------

heh, word. They HAVE to be crazy. I mean, if Riel and I camped out for star wars months in advance, there'd prolly be an addition by the time the movie starts...hehehehe -----------------------

I will see the movie in the first night it comes out....(hehe, 6 hours before you, because of the time zones  ) - but I will not go there 4 months before it starts....! -----------------------

That reminds me of a Donnesbury comic strip I have from back in '99 when Episode I came out. There's a reporter walking around a theatre parking lot, and it looks like it's a refugee camp in Kosovo (because of a bunch of guys huddled up in Jedi robes) until the view pans back and you see a bunch of aliens and stormtroopers, too. He walks up to some guy and asks him why people are still camped out for The Phantom Menace when it's been out three months. The guy just sort of stares at him weird, turns to his buddy, and then turns back and says, "Are you kidding? This is the line for Episode II!"  -----------------------

Hmm... i bet they get ALL the chicks 
I think it was on SNL weekend update before EP1 came out they had a story on people camping out for it. They said "They came well prepared. They have everything they need in there, except for A LIFE!" Pathetic....
You know, they could really have picked something better to do for the next 4 months or whatever. Not that there are any PROBLEMS in the world that they could've used their time & money to fix or anything... Besides, it's not like they're going to have much competition for their spot in line for at LEAST a few more months...
