Guys, I'm not seeing any posts up apart from Lucky's.  Lets see some more posts on the ESC please.

REPORTS - Time to get those reports sent in.  I want to see everyone reporting this week.  Njall and Jamasis, you guys may just be back from hols and have done nothing but I still expect to see reports from you.

AWOL CHECK - As soon as the ESC is over I will be running an AWOL check to ensure that everyone on the roster is active so keep your eyes open for that, failure to respond to the AWOL check will result in you being removed from the squad.

as Alan said, it's good to have everybody back.

The ESC ends tomorrow at the meeting time so let's get those last minute posts in! While I'm sure we didn't win this ESC I'm proud of all of you who have participated, we have put in a lot of effort and we did great for a squad with low active Trooper numbers, good job everyone!

I will not be able to attend the meetng tomorrow as I will be at an end of season party for Paddle all which is a paddling group for those with disabilities, al of us were blind/visually impaired only two had light mental disabilities.

Speaking if races...an early warning that I will be largely inactive next weekend dr to a Championship...Think it's the Natuionals too, being held in Sherbrooke, QC which is four hours away from here. So I'll be leaving in the early morning, race is at 1PM and will be coming bck late evening, and that Sunday...i will be spending recovering as much a spossible depending on if I can move or no :P so don't get high hopes that I'll be active much.

I'll be having a few practice sessions so if anyone has any questions I'll still try to be on as much as possible during the week between school, work and practice.

I and half the poeple there won a Dragon Boat race which we did for fun and I have a few pictures plus a t-shirt. And tomorrow I start practicing my starts and such for next Saturday's Nationals.

On another note I think  everyone in this squad who participated in the ESC should give yourselves a round of applause but let's not party or break out the booze yet as this result is unofficial.

We are unnofficially in third place, RAIDERS in 2nd and BlackJack in 1st, however let's be comforted that we beat the Jesters who are in last :P  But  as I said, this result is unofficial. The official scores will be announced at the next meeting.


You all did a great job even if at one point everyone was on Leave, Alan was unwell and it was me, myself and I for a few days, you all did great work and i'm proud of you and I'm sure Alan is as well. While 3rd place isn't as good as 1st it's much better than our later standings of last and 4th don't you all think?

Well guys...I got good news about work, sorta.

i went today to bid y farewells and i was told that they liked my work and that they wanted me back, they just didn't want me to be so stressed out with school plus work and all which is why they let me go.

We had a sort of party...was more of a surprise on my part, I just thought that they would say bye and then have me leave but there was actually more...

I was buzzed into where i used to work and we found mys ection almost empty except for the replacement amdin and a worker who can't do any of the other sectors because of her Asperger's, so my boss goes and fetches everyone and leaves for a minute.

Comes back with cake and a card and someone who worked wit hthe sub-amdin who is sort of anotehr sub-admin (they help each other out) carried my bag which weighed fifty pounds, felt sorry for me because i had to carry 58 pounds total weight and gave me a hug.

And so they cut the cake, hand everyone a piece and hands me a card and says 'this is from everyone here" meanwhile Erin (girl with asperger's) is crying because i was leavung so i set down my plate and giver her a one-minute hug.

we eat our pieces of cake alk, everyone wishe s me good luck.

half the people ive me a hug in the room and wish me good luck and the boss then tells me that tehy like my wor, want me back and that she would see me hopefully 'next spring" so I'm guessing either this Spring/early summer or the next.

the other half gave me hugs in the lunchroom adn I opened the card the boss gave me and everyone who works close to me which is about 20 people signed and wrote little messages.

And in the meantime, I promised Erin I would visit her before Christams, not sure if I'll go after depending on if i work in the summer or no but i'll go tomorrow and give her my email addressso she can contact me whenever she wants.

But...do you uys have any inexepnsive ideas of what i could do for my two off days when I'm not doing homework or studying?

Oh and i almost forgot...two days before the  nationals!
