Not sure how much posting I'll have done today...I know I'll write one toight, hopeefully my sister is feeling better. I had a  sleepless night (have a vomiting phobia), not sure why ny sister got sick starting yesterday ad possibly not over yet. To give you an idea of my night, this morning I went downstairs to greet my mom at 6:20 AM, she told me to go back to sleep...pretty much forced me back to bed.

So now I'm debating whether to go to the coffee shop and buy breakfast plus a coffee (it's 8AM) or sty home all day, eat breakfast here and let my ears possibly suffer another 20 times...If my dad gives me the go ahead to go stack wood, I won't be on iRC much until another 7-8 hours.

Guys, I hate to disappoint but...

I think my sister has the stomach flu, think I also got it because of the close proximity of our rooms and such. I haven't thrown up or anything yet but I feel a need to burp all the time and am not hungry, some instances I had intense cold in my stomach which shot up and almost made me vomite.

So...I will nurse a few glasses of ginger ale, not post tonight to get myself feeling better and see how I feel tomorrow morning when I wake.

more posts for me the better, shouldn't be having too much home work since exams are coming up, so i should have ample time to pst

I have put up a post.  That makes 6 now for this objective which leaves 4 left.  Ruron has fled the bridge and we are encountering heavy resistance so I'm sure we can flesh out 4 more posts in order to kill this guy.

Alrighty then, let's keep on postin'! Seeing as there are only 2 posts remainin for Objective 3, Alan, zesh, it's all yours. let's try to have it finished as soon as possible so we can move on to Objective 4.

I have put up the final post for objective 3 and Ruron is now dead.  I have messaged Angel to advise that we are ready for objective 4.  Again, please wait for Angel's opening post.  I will let you all know what the objective will be as soon as he contacts me.

will lucky be portraying Sergeant Barandos? or are we all just randomn soldiers within the squad?

and i assume we must make up names for everyone?

and since you said we can die, once we die can we switch to the role of another member of the squad?

PLATOON COMP UPDATE

OK, so I have put up my first Alpha Squad post.  I have so far introduced the following characters.  I have not fleshed out the entire squad as I am sure you will all want to add in your own characters (maybe with better names than mine).

Here are the current characters so far (in brief)

Sergeant Barandos - Squad Leader
Lieutenant Andra Bellium (aka Bender) - large muscular man, likes to bend rules (hence nickname)
Private Malik Targus - inexperienced rookie just out of the academy
