I need to take a piece from google video and put it on powerpoint, now everytime I try to do that regularly it says;
Powerpoint cannot insert a movie from the selected file. Verify that the path and file format are correct, and than try again.
How would I go about resolving this? and I need an answer sharpish, damn thing is due on Monday -----------------------

Google videos aren't considered video files by alot of programs that use video files - for example, DvD burning software cant create a disk from a google video (A video disk, that is).
The best advice I can think of off the top of my head is to try and find some kind of converter, and change it to a more windows-standardish type. -----------------------

I tried that as well...didnt work, but I came up with a solution use a different video not from google video. Seems to work. -----------------------

The google video format is actually a flash variant. I haven't seen any programs that will convert it to something useful, but I haven't exactly looked for one. -----------------------

yeah and I cant add it to powerpoint, something about it not being in a proper format, and I cant open it with WMP, plus this thing was already presented  -----------------------
