Well it was a nice 2-3 week break there but it has to end sooner or later... So, I will be expecting people to start coming back and have reports and all that good stuff in by saturday and sunday, so we can get into the swing of things again. First off I'd like to say that over this break I've had chance to sit back and look at individual preformances of all our troops and what I'm finding I'm not particularly liking...so things are going to be change these next few weeks... I don't know if any of you have read it but I posted a report on the main topic "OO Report" explaining what has been happening and it has taken a turn for the worst. So...this is what is going to happen...I have let the CoC's slide these past couple of weeks and it has literally bit me in the @$$.  I thought most of you were good enough to handle it but I was proven wrong.  Don't get me wrong...most of you have been good.  From now on we (All HC members) will be watching and ENFORCING every CoC.  I've seen more disrespect to officers and troops these last few weeks then I've ever seen in a long time.  And all this is doing is not making it fun...for me and for a lot of people.  If you can't remember them go look and get familiar with them.  Click Here.  Depending on how things go I might have to add to it.  To help me do this.  I have added a few "key" words that when they are said I will highlight the line in blue for me.  One that I see that I will issue a warning of either "Watch the lanuage" or "Watch the offensive Language" so once you see these you'll now that that is your WARNING...and one more will be a kick...the one more kick/ban... I've also seen activity drop really quick  before and resently...possibly do to the break but I kinda doubt that.  So...I will be talking with division leaders this week and will get ALL divisions up to their prime, even if that means AWOLing half of it.  I would like the stories to be finished up to a good stopping point and I will introduce Phase II of chapter 7. We also have a lot of cool systems that hopefully will be coming out in the next month which will really help out with activity.  Also I'd like to see more recuiting going on.  Now that I have my good connection I will be spending more time on Gaming platforms and on the Zone to get more ppl coming in.  And in return I'd like to see divisions actually pass the ppl we place in training...seems that has almost come to a dead stop also...not good... So... alot of changes..and even more to come...
