Just posting this ahead of time, I probably won't be here from Nov 16-19 due to a UN conference i have to attend, and yes i know, the 18th is my birthday. However, it does clash with most of my schedule, so i might cancel but i wouldnt count on it. Sorry i can't make it to the meeting on the 19th.
