The first is the Naval academy website, while the second is flight school. I recommend you investigate both, for a better understanding of the training process.
In order to be placed in a squadron, you first need to pass basic training. The other VENA staff and I will try our hardest to guide you through it.
First thing's first, Part one of the training process. In the first section, you must create your character bio. Post it on these forums and Shazam or Jaden will review it, give you their suggestions, then give their judgement in regards to it's acceptance.
