ComNet Update

I have updated the ComNet to version 3.9.9. This new update will give members read only access to ComNets they wouldn't normally have access to view.

The only ComNets that have this ability turned on right now are the Army and Navy story boards. This will allow the members of the other divisions to read about stories they didn't have access to view until now.

Its fun to read the other stories...but the illusive DJO would be the best to read..
