Josh drops to the ground and begins doing push ups. He had heard that the navy would be hard, but he hadn't thought it would be this hard.

Josh is tall, and rather thin. He is not very muscular, and his skeletal structure is easily visible at his joints. He has a long, straight nose, and large eyes spaced far apart. He has the beginnings of a moustache.

[Emotional Description]
Josh is extremely polite, he always follows orders to the letter, where possible, and his loyalty is admirable. He puts his duty before his life, but he puts his friends before both, and it causes him anguish if he ever has to follow an order that would harm one of his friends. He is perhaps too trusting, and everyone he meets is on level ground, regardless of appearance.

[Peeves] He is very quick to pick up something, and when someone else dosn't get it as fast as he does, he gets frustrated. (Also one of my RL peeves)

[History]
Josh grew up on Dantooine, with rich parents. He was often flying, be it a luxury cruiser or an air speeder. Josh was out on one of these cruises, flying through the atmosphere at a low altitude, skimming the hills, when he received a comm message from his father. It told him to come back to the estate immediately. Josh did so, and when he returned he found a horrible scene. Both his mother and father were lying in the lobby, in a pool of their own blood. Josh called the authorities, but they couldn't find anything useful. Josh enlisted in the Navy the next day.

[History]
Josh grew up on Dantooine, with rich parents. His father was the owner of a shipping company, and when he was old enough his father took him on one of the companies cargo ships, and from then on he took a love to anything that flew. His father was too busy to teach him to fly most of the time, so Josh asked around town, and he met an ex- Imperial Pilot. Josh made friends with the pilot, who taught him to fly. From the moment he sat at the controls of his first air speeder and listened to stories of intense space combat from the pilot, he knew what he wanted to do with his life. He planned to leave on the evening of his 20th birthday, but his parents were found dead the morning before. Distraught, Josh booked passage on the next freighter off the planet, and he then enlisted in the Imperial Navy.
