I'll be sending the award money out probably tomorrow afternoon when I return from my classes.  I will also, at that time, do all the roster changes that need doing (promotions, altering Kaph's positions to the elite versions, etc). If they're not out by about 5pm CST someone should probably send me a private message in IRC to bug me to do it. :P

Additionally, I have some other awards I'll go ahead and hand out, since this is a good place for it.

Lt. Commander Shazam is promoted to the rank of Commander for his excellent work with the Academy revamp, generally high level of activity, and mind boggling ability to do so many jobs for the Navy at the same time.

Chief Warrant Officer Willtconq is promoted to the rank of Ensign and is permitted to take the FOCE exam when Shazam figures out what exactly that entails. His promotion is for successfully leading Kaph Squadron to victory in the ESC, general activity, and because I probably should have done it a month or two ago. :P

Art asked me to approve some double+ promos for ESC stuff, and I have! I'll list those here too:

Shiric is actually promoted to Petty Officer 2nd Class.
Demonic is actually promoted to Warrant Officer 2nd Class.

These multi-rank promotions are being awarded for an extremely high level of activity in various areas of the ESC which are largely outlined above.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to remind squadron commanders that they're free to go ahead and request awards or promotions for their squadron members for the general period of time since the last major batch went out. Whether or not you take into account awards that were just issued as ESC rewards is largely up to you. Promotions will for the most part be automatically approved, though I'd like to personally approve any promotion to the rank of WO2 or higher and any multi-rank promotions. Medals available upon request. Some restrictions may apply. While supplies last!

Congratulations to everyone who was honored! I'm glad to see that the ESC was a great success!

Why do I feel so left out in this? Har Har...

Umm. I'd like DJ234 to recieve the Cross of Bravery and to be promoted to Petty Officer 1st class for taking over all duties as my XO during the ESC and helping keep the squadron together just as much as Shiric and I did during the ESC.  We lost a couple of members, but eh, we're still a squadron ya know?

Also, as it has nothing to do with the ESC, I would like Hunter to be promoted to Master Chief Petty officer and recieve the Victory Cross Silver medal.  He has stuck with Aegis since its reopening when the squadron came back from chip, and has helped the members we have now to have an understanding of the vast empire and how they can use the site.

Another thing I would like to address is, where is Chip?  If anyone on the site knows his real name, I'm going to attempt to get ahold of him.  If you sit down and really think about it, he left abruptly.  Most people around here actually come back and let us know what happened, but Chip hasn't done that yet.  I'm starting to think something may have happened to him, either that, or he has moved on with his life.

For my own sake, I'm atleast going to try and find out what happened to him.
