Ladies and Gentlemen....You might have seen me as Shockwave.....I am now StarScream for Navy VE.....I am again really excited and cant wait to find out all there is about the superior VIPER squadron....thanks to Arturus for recruiting me in to Navy 
I am currently without a flight game....but I brought all my cahnge from my last 5 years in college and got $109.00 so I m buying at least one new one  ....... again thanks for having me...any advice as to things I should know about Navy or Ve in general are much appreciated.....still somewhat confused....but getting better.

well the best is you go first to the navy academy, there you find what you can do first. its on http://navy.vastempire.com/academy
And when you have a question, just post it or ask somebody on IRC.

Welcome to the Navy! There really isn't that much you need to know that can't pick up along the way, besides the fact that Viper is in fact inferior to Aegis Squadron  . -----------------------

Hello and welcome to the Vast Empire. I am the Navy Training Officer's Adjudant. The TO is Bear  . g5 is the other adjudant.
The first thing you will need to do is to visit the Academy site. Do the basic training and the Aviators Certificate (=A=). -----------------------
