ESC Gaming rules - Amendment

I believe the screenshot rule should be amended. I play off of a public computer half of the time and I can't send a screenshot. When I play someone else, they don't want to send a screenshot. So, in turn, I think that if both people agree to who won through the message system, screenshots should not have to be submitted.
