After much deliberation, I would like to announce that we now have a new Naval Commander in Chief.
Rear Admiral Lower Half Gui Sun Paan is now the Naval Commander in Chief.

All I can say is I'm glad I'm not in charge anymore. I have too many madhouses to deal with as is though I would still like to commend Paan for his promotion and the Navy for some of the best activity I have seen from the VEN ever. -----------------------
