Well, when I was 1st Lieutenant Bear, Wing Commander, I had an (=A=).. But as soon as I made the SA, JCPA and FOCE available to anyone who met the criteria, I took them myself.. and I'm pleased to say that I passed with flying colours
What you award in your academy is your affair
For example, the JCPA and SCPA didn't exist until I came along.. hmmm.. Just call me "The Godfather of the Combat Awards"  -----------------------
