Also, congratulations on second place in the HSC. I saw how close it was and right when I saw those scores my nails just retracted into their cuticles, acting like they had already been bitten to the bare bone of my finger tips. We had AMAZING posts during that story. We learned a lot, as well; not only about ourselves as hobbyist or serious writers, but also about our characters and how they can/will interact with one another in different situations. I enjoyed, immensely, reading all of the posts when I could find the time, during the beating life was giving me, to read them. I am so very proud of you RAIDERS, so don't you dare let the fact that we didn't win the HSC get us down, because we damn well SMASHED it. Now, onto the other stuff. For the next week or so just relax, work on your wikis, on the RAIDERS Spec list, or your own personal stories. Take it easy for the next week, because we do have another mission coming up and I want us to be well rested and prepared for it. A note on our writing as a squad, as well: I've noticed not only the size of our posts increasing, but also the quality. I, and everyone else in the Army I'm sure, LOVE quality. In fact, we adore it over quantity; it gives more the post than just a bunch of filler words that don't mean anything. It gives us a better chance to develop not only our characters but also our skills. Keep that shit flowing guys. I'm not saying keep your posts at like... 200 words or something, because I know ALL of us can do better than that. What I'm saying is to continue to kick your ass to get out posts that will FLOOR anyone who reads them. Notes:As personal little bit I wanted to apologize, again, to the entire squad for my disappearance during the HSC. I won't be making any excuses, but I will say that it wasn't because I just felt like ditching you guys. I hate that, once again, life decided to kick me in the dick at exactly the wrong time, and I will make up for it, that I promise you all.
