Dante, I don't know how else to put this so it'll be blunt. You do not have the position to tell other trooper how to post, especially in that manner. Constructive critiques are fine, but the definition of critique is: Quote:An evaluation of a manuscript, touching on issues such as structure as well as character and plot development.
Which your evaluation does not exactly fall into. Perhaps Muglug's posts are short compared to most, but then so were yours for quite a while when you first joined. I hope I don't have to find examples. We don't expect every trooper (or even most) to be at the highest of our standards, and we try to help them develop along the way with constructive criticism. I can see a visible improvement in my own writings since I first joined, and I am certain just about everyone would say the same. However if I received near constant complaints about my posts in that manner above and on other pages in this topic, I might not have stuck around. Simply put, you want activity, but you are discouraging it at the same time. Don't know how else to phrase this, even though it seems like I'm chewing you out, I'm not. Do consider this a warning though. |

Indeed. I didn't see whatever it 'twas, but I back up whatever Doc said.
Now some of you have heard about the up coming RAIDERS/Jester collaboration. In essence this story will be pure awesome. However we're going to try something new for this mission, we're going to do things the old school way. Basically I want you to run a summary of your post by me before you actually post it. I want to know how you're moving the story and the main events that will happen in your post. If we run into a firefight, if we lose any main equipment, if we find the emperors evil porn stash, etc. You don't need to tell me every detail, just the general idea. I also will not tolerate double posting and will become irritable if you re-hash prior events. Your post has to move the story in some way. Also for this mission I want you to show the same amount of, if not more, deference to Aeos and Kami that you do to me. Consider them your SL/ASL as well as me and Nams.
Anyone who decides to fuck around more than I like will be booted off the story, probably until it's over, at the very least until I'm convinced they're reformed. I'm a stubborn son of a bitch, so that won't be easy.
I'm not even really asking that much. So if you find a way to screw it up you're looking very hard. This mission is going to be a blast, I've put quite a bit of work into it and Aeos has probably put in twice as much as I, so this should be fun. We've got all kinds of cool surprises and twists and explosions (lovely explosions) in mind. Expect Insanity, settle for nothing less. {Comnet Hermit}

Good question, Muglug. I'd say yes, as we're in these tin cans for up to days at a time and it would make sense. I'd say we have catheters. Here’s a brief description of the NPC’s I’ve covered in my posts so far for you to turn back to at a later stage:
Worga the Hutt (a.k.a Big Bang): The leader of the Da Soocha crime syndicate in which Jester will be infiltrating, he is also the mastermind behind Operation Ragnarok. More details of this operation will be revealed as Jester worms its way deeper into the ranks of the enemy. Worga generally has five or six lieutenants acting as ‘commanders’ for his rabble of forces at any time. Kami is currently trying to establish herself as one of these lieutenants in order to filter information back to VE intelligence.
Pasck: A loyal, yet often self serving Trandoshan chief lieutenant of Worga’s. Pasck is quick to anger, and an enemy to anyone that threatens his position at the Hutt’s side. Whilst he is not privy to the details of Operation Ragnorok, he is most likely unsuspectingly carrying out most of the legwork for his master.
Lodur: A senior lieutenant of Worga’s, this Zabrak mercenary has many contacts within the Hutt’s organization. He has, since Kami’s arrival, aided her in establishing herself as a prominent member of the syndicate. Lodur loathes Pasck, and has been attempting to remove the Trandoshan for decades.
