First let me say, I mean absolutly no disrespect to Sk8guy in this post.

As many new recruits may have noticed, Their TO hasn`t been active in a month. Shazam was essentially left in charge, but things are still moving slowly. Tests need to be marked, and people need to be placed in squadrens. I`m not sure if Shazam can place people, but I do know from a chat last night that he can`t mark tests.

Now, I`m not saying to replace Sk8guy or anything, but maybe have any exams e-mailed to Shazam for marking insted of being sent to sk8guy`s inbox, where we can`t be sure they will be marked.

This is of course, if Shazam would be willing to take that responsibility, and if Japheth sees it fit for someone else to get more involved with Naval Acadamy happenings.

Alright, there is my tiny complant. Like I said, no disrespect ment in it. If you see something wrong with what I said, please tell mne, but don`t flame me. Add any comments if you have them.

Something's wrong with the TO position, first Liquid, now Sk8. Japh, whatever you do, don't put Shazam in it. We don't know what might happen to him.

My issue with placing anyone at this point in time as a training officer is that that person will be pulled out of a squadron indefinately in order to perform other duties.

There is a major disconnect in the training process right now, but it really can't be fixed in any sort of easy fashion. I'm too busy to be able to perform the duties of a training officer (I already do someting similar for the DJO, plus being NCC and in school), and I don't really want to pull any of the ranking officers out of squadrons to perform the duties of the position because I need those people in squadrons more than not right now. Thus the problem: who will do it? I keep hoping sk8 comes back.
