Piter is 6ft tall and has steely grey eyes and black hair, his skin is fairly pale. his uniform is normally immaculatly turned out as should the uniform of all imperial servicemen regardless of rank or station.
Piter DeVries was born on coruscant into a reliatively poor family, the only real sucessful member of his family was his father, an officer in the imperial navy....naturally like most children on coruscant during the reign of Palpatine, Piter was proud. Eventually, nature took it's course and Piter entered into the imperial navy academy and eventually joined the Imperial Navy as a pilot. A position that he is proud to hold, He would not fail his duty, he would not fail the Empire, and....he would not fail....his father..
