Welcome to the Vastest of Empires. This should have been in the Naval Academy forums, but oh well, don't bother posting it there now.
As for training, you'll have to fill out the Basic Training exam located on the Naval Academy page on the Navy page. Sk8guy is the training commander.

Use HTML code. The most common one you will want to use is ' '. This acts like a line break, taking whatever is behind it and putting it on a new line below the current. Basically it acts like a 'enter' or 'return' key. You'll want to add that to your profile inside the roster to get it to format correctly. -----------------------
