In order to properly command the platoon and aid in the increase in activity I feel that it is necessary to start off with a clean slate. It has been about a month without hearing much of a peep out of you guys, but I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt. I assure you that we are trying to get the squad straightened out and fully operational, but in order for that to happen you all must be as active as you can. For now, all I would like is a simple "I am here" or something along those lines to prove that you are indeed with us and check the board. Until we do get the squad organized and capable of a squad story or something along those lines, I encourage you all to get in contact with Rizzit if you have not already done so and concentrate on your specialties for the time being.
Alright, that is all I have to say, you have until Friday, August 12th to respond &show me you've got some life in there.

If you need any programs, contact either Keef or I, and we'll get them to you. It also helps if you use proper grammar on the comnet, as it's much easier for people to read, and is much less confusing.

could be more properly written as:
"I'm here, but stuck because I don't have the program I need to write my stories."
It's much easier to read, clear, and to the point.
