I don't know if this is the right place to put this but here it goes. By the way this is a serious email from me, for once.

I'm trying to play CIV Conguest over the internet. Everytime I try to join a game they say my Pong is to high. How can I fix that, or can I? I have a Dell and I'm using cable internet.

If you give advice keep it in layman terms. I am not computor savy. Thanks

Most people won't take pings over 300. I generally let anyone in who has it under 350. Ways to lower it are: close all other applications, ensure you aren't running anti-virus programs in the background, stop your anti-spyware programs. That should help.
