Tryin to get someone in

Hey there. Figured I'd post this here because it would get a little more voice, but I was wondering...

See I have this guy 'Kalron' who would be getting on the VE... If he could. Apparently, that specific site will not load up for him, and if I give him the login page on the comnet, it still gives him crap. Any reasoning for this? I really didn't know what to tell the guy. So just in case I encounter him again, any info you can provide would be extremely helpful.

1) is the type of site set to be blocked
2) does it allow cookies
3)it could be the browser
