It depends on the person. Taking armor adivce from a NAvy pilot isn't exactly a smart thing to do  -----------------------

Or you could be a complete idiot like me and wear nothing more than a robe with a light chest armor and leg gaurds. Whatever you do, don't take after me, it's a bad idea. -----------------------

Good armour dosn't hurt movement but provides adiquet protection. I also like T-Visor format Helmets, but thats just a prefrence thing. -----------------------

hmmmm. I prefer Katarn-Class Commando armor for its protection but since i do special operation mission i use the shadow suit too. It really depends on what you need the amor for. -----------------------
