Welcome to the Navy Arcanine. Go ahead and post a thing about "Hey, I'm new here," on the Academy. People should notice you, and you will get some replys. After that, send an email over to someone and get your basic training done, then take your =A=.
This may all sound confusing to you, but you will get the hang of it.
