As per the email I hope you received (if you did not, you are either not in the Army or I missed you - disregard if you are the former, notify me if the latter applies), I mentioned that I would like to keep track of activity during this campaign.
It is very much akin to an AWOL check. Do something and we know you are active. Do nothing, and you are out of the Corps. Pretty simple.
For example:
MAJ Fury - Storynet posts related to Army campaign; IRC chat concerning story elements.

Arkanian: Post on this topic (or email Fury) what you have done which is in any way connected to the Vast Empire Army. This involves story writing, getting in touch (and staying) with your Squad/Platoon/Company leader, getting to know other Army members.. and other things such as website building (i.e. for your Squad), graphics design, submitting competitions/ideas to your Squad leader etc, etc, etc
